By accessing or using services operated by OpenMind AI, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), including Your Life, the Game™ and related programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Description of Services

OpenMind AI provides behavior-change programs designed to help people build awareness and break unhelpful habit loops through evidence-based techniques. Your Life, the Game™ is an interactive program that includes guided exercises, progress tracking, SMS check-ins, and community features.

Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

Subscription and Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

"Your Life, the Game," "YLtG," and associated logos are trademarks of OpenMind AI, Inc. All other trademarks referenced herein are the property of their respective owners. Use of our trademarks without prior written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenMind AI, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account by canceling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion.

SMS Messaging

When you opt in to receive SMS messages from OpenMind AI, you agree to receive text messages related to Your Life, the Game™. Messages may include:

  • Session reminders and check-in prompts
  • Progress updates and milestone notifications

You may receive up to 2 messages per day while enrolled in the program.

By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive SMS messages, you consent to receive automated text messages from OpenMind AI at the number provided.

How to Opt Out of SMS

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at support@yourlife.game.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile Information Privacy

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Your phone number and messaging data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
