Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Profile, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account. Deletion is immediate and removes your progress, conversations, and saved gremlins. You can also email support@yourlife.game from the address on your account and we’ll handle it.
I forgot my password
On the login screen, tap Forgot password? and we’ll email you a reset link. If the link doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder, then email support@yourlife.game .
How do I turn reminders on or off?
Open Profile → Reminders. From there you can enable or disable the daily morning and evening reminders. If iOS notifications are off, the row will deep-link you into Settings.
I want to flag something the AI said
If the AI sent a response that felt harmful, inappropriate, or wrong, email support@yourlife.game with the date and approximate time of the conversation, the practice you were doing (Morning Play, Evening Play, Mind Gym, etc.), and what the AI said — a screenshot is great if you have one. We read every message we receive and use it to improve the experience.
